Products and availability

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

Custom work

Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of submitted names, text, images, dimensions, colors, and other customization details before production. Custom, personalized, UV-printed, made-to-order, and specially produced items are final sale except when damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order.

Shipping and local pickup

Shipping and local pickup options shown at checkout are subject to availability. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible standard products must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Intellectual property

Customers submitting artwork, logos, images, or other content for custom work represent that they have the right to use and reproduce that content. PEWgilist Supply Co. may decline work that appears to infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEWgilist Supply Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
