By using this website and purchasing from PEWgilist Supply Co., you agree to these terms.

PEWgilist Supply Co. sells 3D printing filament, hobby supplies, custom 3D printed products, UV-printed products, personalized items, and related goods. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and images may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, or listing errors and to cancel or refund an order when necessary.

Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Orders may be shipped or made available for local pickup when offered. Shipping and pickup estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Standard products may be returned only in accordance with our Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, UV-printed, made-to-order, and specially produced items are final sale, except when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

For custom work, customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, artwork, dimensions, colors, and other requested details before production when approval is requested. By providing artwork, logos, photographs, or other content, the customer confirms they have the right or permission to use that material for the requested work.

We may refuse or cancel orders involving unlawful content, infringement concerns, fraud, payment issues, or other activity that could create legal or safety problems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEWgilist Supply Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of products or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
